A pupil who left 10 years ago. Had to echo some of the other comments of the college having administrative staff that demoralise you. That black man in the sixth-form office was evil, looking down and rudely judging students when they performed poorly and needed support. It was extremely disheartening and sickening to see him laugh at students who were in this situation to their faces given he was doing an entry level role. He asked rudely prying questions to students, including me, with a prejudice (What makes you think you'll do better?) then laughed at them when they showed character. He thought that they were stupid and crazy but if he looked in the mirror he'd see exactly that. And others would be this negligent too like Miss Khosla - couldn't even register me on an exam that I paid for and started to blame me for costing the college an entry fee out of her unprofessionalism. It's a shame as some of the teachers were actually good.
